Process
Five steps, enquiry to arrival.
Enquiry
Tell us what material you need, the grade, volume, and destination port. We will respond within 1 business day with availability and an indicative CFR/CIF price.
Availability & offer
We confirm available lots and issue a firm offer with grade specification, ISRI code, loading port, and estimated vessel or container departure date.
Contract & LC
You open a Letter of Credit to our nominated bank. We accept 30-day net for established buyers. Contract terms include Incoterm, grade tolerance, and rejection procedure.
Shipment & documents
Material is loaded under third-party inspection. We courier original Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, weighbridge tickets, and assay/inspection certificates on departure.
After-shipment support
An independent surveyor may be nominated at origin where the contract provides for it. Bergent coordinates documentation and any post-arrival query. Where an inspection has been carried out, quality disputes are handled via the surveyor's certificate.
